I am an owner of one of the other DeTomaso cars...a  1986 Maserati

Quattroporte III(the last of a breed).  It's big and black and runs to

Vegas each year as the "mother ship".  I am currently tying up loose

ends on the restoration and am in need of tail light lenses, interior

lights, and the like. Considering that only 300 of these cars were

produced in 1986, and a total of approx 3000 cars since 1979...I have

found that most of the accessories are of course borrowed from other,

larger auto manufacturers.  I have also found that the factory had its

"favorite suppliers" and may have used the same sources but different

models for the interior lights and switches etc. for the Pantera and

Maserati.  (ie: front disc pads for the QP fit the Pantera GTS and

appearantly are quite a bit cheaper from my Maserati source.)  I would

appreciate any input on manufacturer sources for your tail light lenses,

switches, lights, turn signal lever, heating system components including

control panel, ARA air conditioning units, ignition components (Porsche

distributor cap?) and the like.  See you in Vegas and have a great run.
