Hey Gang!



I'm going to look at a 72 pre-L Pantera Sunday. It's yellow but been

repainted Ferrari yellow. Built motor with 360+ hp. Arizona car most of

it's life. Babied ZF. Updated cooling and radiator. Cooling vents in the

rear quarter windows. 5-point harness. Needs new brake pads, Drivers window

put back together, and a new headliner. It's got 70K miles on it but the

owner rebuilt the motor around 4 or 5k miles ago. He's owned for 9 years.

He's asking $23,995. Some surface rust in the fan shroud area.



Comments? Oh yeah, he says his five year old son dropped a quarter in the

radio or something so it probably needs to be replaced or fixed.



What would be a good price for this car? The brakes are not upgraded

Wilwoods or anything. How much does that cost?



Thanks for your help. Please respond before Sunday Morning. I'm taking my

buddy who's owned a 72 Pre-L and has done a lot of cooling and mechanical

work on it. He knows what to look for. BUt I'm just trying to get as much

input as possible.
