Asa Jay, A very popular cooling mod is to upgrade the electric fans on the radiator. It seems common for cars with mild motor improvements to run cool at speed, but heat up on surface streets. This indicates that the radiator is large enough, but the fans alone aren't moving enough air through it. All the Pantera shops sell a more power and efficient electric motor with eight-bladed plastic fan that bolts right into the stock fan holders. Better still is to mount "pancake-style" sucker fans on the back of the radiator, as drawing air from the rear works better than trying to force it through the front. (Mother nature is pretty smart about these things) The sucker fans setup usually, but not always, means mounting the radiator tipped forward, so is a little more invloved. The guys running hotter setups can provide info on the fancier upgrades. I'm runing a stock '74 motor, so the stock system works just fine.
