I also have a built up engine. Would run 230 degrees, light load at

60mph.  Laid down radiator for clearance and modified Pontiac Fiero

stock electric fan to fit. The fan is approx same size as radiator and

now runs 190-200 on 80 degree day. My A/C is not working now but I expect

higher temps when it is. I think two smaller fans for more core coverage

would be better, might have to try it. Many people have tried many fixes,

the most improvement seems to be from aftermarket fans/radiator with a

built up engine.
