Another approach to dealing with big feet on the accelerator

pedal is to remove the trim on the wall next to the pedal.  Remove

all the trim and keep it so you can re-install in the car if you

have to.  This tip from Bill H.

Another of his tips would be to use "wrestling shoes",

as these shoes have soles that are smaller than the sole of the foot.

They might look funny on your next dance-date, but they would give

a lot more control than driving barefoot.
