Remember, there are Technical Service Bulletins that SUPERSEDE procedures in the manual (and sometime in previous TSBs). If you don't have these, they are a must (Order from POCA store, or Gary Hall). TSB No. 10, Article 88 explains the latest settings. The picture shows the adjustment stop screw still in place and indicates a clearance of .102" to .106". As I explained before, I like to set mine closer (more clutch disengagement), but this require more frequent checking to insure that it hasn't gone to 0" (throwout bearing riding on clutch fingers - quick fry of bearing).
