Bruce, Ownership is NOT required for being a member of POCA. To receive a prospective membership package, please e-mail Judy McCartney (POCA2@AOL.COM) and tell her you are interested. She will be happy to send you out a package. The POCA Vegas event dates are April 24 - 27, 1997. If you would like info on the event, please e-mail the event organizer, Mr. Kent Snyder (POCA1@AOL.COM). If you have any other questions, please send them my way. Bill :>) ---------- From: Bruce D. Brumm To: 'detomaso@wgate.com' Subject: POCA/Vegas POCA event Date: Thursday, March 20, 1997 1:40PM Hi all: Originally posted the "plus size" questions...and having sat in a couple of Panteras since then, have noticed that the seat in the one I sat in was stuck & not adjusted properly. :) Sooo... I & others of the Larger Sizes should fit "fine" with some minor tweaks. Great! (I'm 6' 0", 245lbs, ~33" inseam) Leg room is "tight", however. Question: Is ownership of a(n) Pantera required for membership in POCA? Pantera OWNERS Club of America seems to indicate this. I would hope and expect that that is not the case. Question: When is the POCA event in Vegas? Thanks! Bruce D. Thanks for the info Mike. I'll keep this in mind. > BTW, I called Kent Snyder in a panic when the question of room availability > was raised. Anyone know if rental cars are still available? Also, now that I'm getting serious about this, I need to gather some reference material. I'm thinking about getting a bunch of the past Pantera International newsletters. I assume POCA has copies of its past newsletters too. Any comments or should I just buy them all? Thanks, Dan Jones
