I quote from the POCA membership brochure/application:



"Ownership of a DeTomaso automobile is not a prerequisite for becoming a POCA

member, and POCA will attempt to assist any potential DeTomaso automobile

owner in their efforts to locate a suitable car.  Membership in the Pantera

Owners Club of America automatically includes one Associate membership for an

individual of the member's choosing."



There.  'Nuff said on that.  And it's true, the individuals within POCA will

go out of their way to help prospective owners find suitable cars.  I,

myself, have 'sold' three Panteras in the past three months, one of them I

never saw, nor did I know the owner!  Really, we're here to help.



BTW, I spoke with Kent Snyder last night.  He told me he got on-line for the

first time in months yesterday, and spent hours wading through literally

hundreds of messages.  AOL is still giving him fits, and he said he probably

wouldn't go on-line again until AFTER the Las Vegas event, so if you want to

get ahold of him, CALL HIM!
