I was the one to instigate the pull out tech bulletins when I was the Master Mechanic. They were keyed to the Shop Manual, so they could be inserted in the same section. After I quit as MM, the practice was discontinued. POCA sold a complete Shop Manual, with the Tech Service Bulletins and all my Tech "Letters" in a special binder for a number of years. As far as I know, they are still available from the POCA Store.
