Speaking of commercials, does anybody remember this Gillette spot

from the early seventies?  The voice-over says, "Is Gillette Foamy

thick and rich enough to stop this speeding sportscar?????"  Then

a red(?) Pantera plows through a mountain of the stuff at about 60

mph.  The voice-over says, "No."  They try the same experiment with

a roller coaster and something else.  I sometimes wonder if any

hard-core collectors have this on tape.



Also, I recall some hokey stunt show in the late seventies that

showed a Pantera and a skateboarder speeding toward each other.

Well, the Pantera was speeding anyway.  Then, GASP, just before the

fatal impact, the skater leaps over the car, and lands back on

his board.
