Sounds good, but....



What if I have custom plates?  With that really cool slogan, like, PURRFCT, or

SEE - YA.  If I get historic plates, can I still get a custom?  I'll have

to check the WA laws on this if nobody knows, but I thought it was a good

question for everybody else to be asking too.
