Was checking on SB42 progress (or not) and ran across some other =

interesting bills that could affect Pantera and other owners.



SB807   Bases smog checks on the emissions performance and not "under =

hood" inspections.  Primary intent of smog check is to perform cleanly, =

no matter how you do it under the hood.....  just clean up that idle a =

bit and you're in there!



AB1412- Ducheny- Repeals helmet bill for motorcyclists over age of 18.



Many others...... relating to smog.
