Tomas, These statements were contained in an article entitled "Outlaw Brakes - Titanium/Ceramic Rotors" written by Mr. Robert Eckhardt. The one page article was printed in the May issue of "Circle Track" Magazine. Circle Track is an American magazine whose primary focus is NASCAR type (i.e. roundee round) racing. It is very technically oriented and often times contains very interesting and informative articles about new products that often times can be used on any type of racing vehicle. I will try to get permission to reprint the article in an upcoming POCA Newsletter. Hopefully you are or will become a member of POCA. We already have quite a few Swedish members. Bill ---------- From: Tomas Gunnarsson To: detomaso Subject: Wheel weight Date: Friday, April 18, 1997 2:03AM To all and Shane in particular The claim that each weight saving on the wheel equals a ten times higher saving on a non-rotating part sounds unreasonable to me. Could someone please post the background on this?
