Dear Andy (and Jim), I may be wrong, but I have very serious doubts that late model Panteras have any extra treatments or modifications that restrict the dreaded tin worm. I would suspect that its more likely that given the overheated exotic car market in the 80s, that the late model Pantera owners A) didn't drive them much and B)sure didn't take them out when it was wet, ..... therefore " no rust".
