I had them send me pictures (still have them) and the car does look quite good (once you get past the 70's blue color) and *very* original. The guy who's phone number was listed (Matt deGarmo) is a dealer (Matthew L. deGarmo Ltd., Classic Motorcars), though he claimed he was selling this car as a favor to a customer. It sounded wierd enough that I decided to pass without looking at the car in person. That, and the blue color made me green around the gills. :-) Things he told me that I remember: The car has been garaged indoors in climate control. It had a dent early in it's life on the right rear quarter panel and the paint doesn't quite match there. Interestingly enough, all of the exterior photos he sent me were of the left side (could be a coincidence). *Everything* is totally original. This actually scared me a little since it means that to make it a driver alot of bits and pieces would need to be replaced/freshened. The cooling updates were never done. He claimed it runs cool without them. He gave me chassis# as THPNMG03248. -Andy PS - One thing about ads on the web... they never seem to get taken down after the car is sold. I tracked down a good number of already sold cars (some sold months before) via web ads. 72 Pantera: power 91 Miata: quickness 96 A4Q: traction 84 RZ350: all the above
