For what it's worth, I'm using a pair of Wilwood mechanical spot-brake calipers that can easily be made to fit a Pantera's rotors. P/n 120-2281; can be used l. or rt by reversing the actuating lever. It fits the stock thickness rotor out of the box but is a two-piece unit so adding spacers could make it fit thicker ones. You must fabricate a bracket for the caliper and another bracket for the cable, but that's not difficult for Pantera guys! I think the thing was originally for Go-carts, but it works just fine, is legal and looks trick. J DeRyke
