This responce is to Donald Franck And any one else interested. I run a stock radiator with 2 fans, 1 pushing air on the right fan witch I call the secondary fan, And 1 suction on the left side of radiator with the fan in front of radiator removed , This allows better air flow. Make sure your overflow tank will hold pressure, Very important as this becomes your new pressure tank. Bye 2 new caps one non pressure Stant # 10203 this cap goes on the small old pressure tank which now becomes none-pressurized, The pressure cap stant # 10229 is 13 pd. cap goes on your overflo tank whitch is now your pressure tank. Put 1 pint water in tank remove upper rubber seal on pressure cap and install, Now put water in small tank to fill small water line to pressure tank when it not take any more install non pressure cap and done. I use the term water because thats what I use along with Nalcool to stop rust. I have a 15 pd pressure gauge tied into the small tank so i can look back and see what the reading is at sea leval its between 5 to 7 pounds, My second fan comes on at 185 and very seldom does it come on, I have a wire that goes from the second fan to the speedo fan light so i know wen its on. In vegas this year it only came on once And that was at Red Rock Park and then cycled back off. It works A number SDP member use it with no more overheating poblems. Keep in touch. SASS OR toy4orv.
