I find the information shared among Pantera  owners  quite helpful.

I have a number of electrical problems which seem to be unrelated, but

question is are they, in fact , related. Here they are:

1. The horn works only occasionally.

2. The driver's door electric window stops working. To get it to

start working I hand crank a couple of rounds and it works. I replaced the

gear to no effect.

3. The brake lights comes on only when the brake petal is pressed

hard.

4. The windshield wiper will not go off easily. It must be turned

on and off repeatedly before it will go off.

The question is whether there is a common thread that explains

these problems or are they each independant problems.

Transmission

Second gear is beginning to go. Where is the best place on the

west coast to send it for overhaul.
