I would have to say that we do not have the offficial  $90,000 tool kit.  We

have bought some tools from ZF and the rest we have fabricated and had

machined.  Cory  is ceritfied by ZF for rebuilding the Pantera Trans.  Cory

also has been very involved on having parts made to the proper dimensions and

rockwell hardness.  He takes those old tranaxils very seriosly.  Cory does an

great job of rebuilding the trans.  I know very little about the shops on the

west cost so a connot make any comparisons.
