I went from 225/50 front (8" Campy) and 285/50 rear (10" Campy) to 285/40 front (9" Etoile) and 345/35 rear (12" Etoile). I did this about 9 years ago, so I'm running 15" wheels. 16"/17" would be nice, but..... Also, tire selection seems to be limited to Yokohama AVS unless someone knows different. What got better? I can jump off the line without a bunch of smoke billowing out of the rear fenders. Cornering improved immensely. Understeer is not a problem anymore either. What got worse? Any grooves on the road make for some interesting moments sometimes. Especially asphalt roads that are fairly old and have 'ruts' where most traffic runs. These are a real pain since the Pantera doesn't seem to fit into grooves like other cars. So you're either low on one side and high on the other. Running the right air pressure on the track vs. the street is something I'm still messing with....... Kirby '71 Pantera #1661 http://mwd.sugar-land.anadrill.slb.com:8080/
