Rick in California wrote about the problem with reversing the rear mount =

studs on the earlier Transaxle.

Does anyone know the "maximum" length for the stud that protrudes into =

the Transaxle or easy access to Butfoy. I checked the ZF manual but =

there were no specific data on these studs. I have had the engine and =

Transaxle out so many times that you would think I had a zipper on it! =

There is no way that taking note of the different lengths while =

disassembling the rear mount would help me now.

I will probably replace the single rear mount with side mounts. Then I =

will be able to pull that sucker a lot faster!
