All,

	I just heard from Jim Kaiser of the NorCal Shelby

crowd that yesterday, SB42 passed out of the Assembly Transportation 

Committee, 17-0.  Now its off to Assembly Appropriations, then the 

full Assembly, then Pete Wilson.  Recall that the vote was unanimous 

in the senate. We should let our views known to the Appropriations 

bean counters though.  Have at it.
