When I was re-doing my wheels, I was told the original factory color for the

wheels is a Ford color, called Argent Silver.  My original 8-inch Campys were

repainted this color (available absolutely anywhere, as it's been a standard

Ford color since the days of the Model T!) and they match my brand-new

10-inch wheels (factory-painted) almost perfectly.



I see some people powdercoating their wheels an off-grey color (Hall Pantera

tends to do this), and while it looks okay, it's Not Right as far as I'm

concerned.



I only have the new parts book, and there's lots of paint code info available

in the orange-covered book.  Anybody out there care to see if the wheel paint

code is listed?
