I thought I would share with you a defense a friend once used when he was about to be cited by the WASP in his RX-7 for 100mph on the on-ramp to I-90 here in Spokane. "On and Off ramps are NON-REGULATED speed zones" Typically on-ramps are not posted, but off-ramps are, not with the WHITE regulatory sign but the yellow caution sign. This friend was up to 100 then back down to the legal limit by the time he hit the Interstate (after seeing the patrol car). He used the above quoted defense and the officer LET HIM GO without even writing a warning. I don't know how the laws are in all states, but this seemed pretty scary to me. Luckily for my friend, he was carrying another set of shorts. Asa Jay Asa Jay Laughton 7?
