Besides running down to the Nissan dealer and paying through the nose for a nissan filter and putting it on my Cleveland, the article mentioned blocking the overflow in the block? What was this? Is there a way to defeat the bypass in the filter and still maintain pressure in cold situations? They also mentioned doing this "defeat" on high-volume pump models. This piques my curiosity.
