Hi Asa, Were in Canada is this car?  I live close to Vancouver, if you

want someone to go look at the car with you.  Unfortunately, I know where

to look for all the rust locations.



There is a very informal Pantera group in the Seattle/Vancouver area.  If

you can find out who the previous owners were, someone might know how to

contact them.
