Yes, the mirrors are electric. If I remember correctly, they're from a Mitsubishi. Pantera Performance sells them and they're glued to the glass. I did have one come loose way back several years ago. When I reepoxied it, I roughed up the glass in that area with some 'wet or dry' sandpaper. They haven't come off since. The two switches to the left of the speedo... Well, the ones directly to the left are the later model wiper switch and washer switch. I hated the early style. On my dash, the other hole was the hazard switch. That's been moved to the area beside the other three switches lower down. Those three are..... 1) Electric antenna switch (antenna is mounted in the rear beside the gas tank and you can see the antenna mounted at http://mwd.sugar-land.anadrill.slb.com:8080/zmisc/engine.gif The antenna raises up through a small grommetted (is that a word?) hole in the engine cover and then through the slats. Works great and has gotten a lot of comments over the years. 2) Switch to kill the automatic fan when starting the car hot. This was a Dennis Quella idea which I must admit I've never used..... 3) Switch to change the alarm system over from 'armed' to 'valet'. I also had electric door locks installed. You know... trying to 'modernize' a little. Had hell with the actuators for awhile and then we put rubber boots over the shafts. No problems since then. I don't have a clue as to how much shorter the shift lever is.... I'll have to go and measure it tonight and let you know. Drove the Tbird to work today. Thanks, Kirby >Kirby Schrader wrote: >> >> I have a shortened shift lever and the slots have been removed from the >> shift gate.
