Subject: Balancing half-shafts

All,

	I'm in the process of replacing the U-joints in my half-shafts.

Should I "balance" the half-shaft before reattaching to the hub?

I figure a way to do this would be to use a hose clamp and a 2oz lead

weight.

	I've never heard of anyone do this on a Pantera, but it is

faily common in other cars with independently sprung driven wheels.
