All,

	Last week you may recall that J. Edward Barce & R. Steven Ryan

had a clean '74 Pantera going to the Kruse auction.  In their words,

here is what happened....



"The 74 blue Pantera hit 20,000 at the

Auburn, In auction.  I had a reserve on it of $25,000 so it did not sell

.  After the auction I had two offers of 21,000 and two at 22,000.  I

sold it for 22,000.  Another Pantera (74 white 48,000) sold at auction

for 17,500.  A third (red 71 completelty restored) went to 37,500 but

was not sold as the owner had a 60,000 reserve."
