All,

	A few days ago it was suggested that if Wilson does not

sign SB42 by Oct 13, then it will go into law.

	Unfortunately, not so.  Senate Bills NEED to be signed

by the Gov.  A non-signature is equivalent to a veto; witness

the recent hand-gun bill, SB500.  Wilson refused to sign it,

which is different to a veto, but they both have the same

affect.  Poof!  SB500 vanishes.  The same could happen with

SB42.

	Please voice you support for SB42 by phoning/emailing

the Govenors office.  Trust me; you DONT want the alternative.
