William, I'll send this to the list too since I think there's some interest there. > So there's still room in the shipment for more stuff ? As of two weeks ago there was. > How does the deal work, where does the container end up, > how does everybody get their stuff, etc etc. > Has anybody dealt with him before ? I've dealt with him before when I bought my first set of Aussie heads. He has a warehouse someplace south of L.A. but I picked my stuff up from his house in Simi Valley. He loaded several sets of heads into the back of the Bronco and let me pick the pair I wanted. As far as the block goes, I'll have to have it shipped to St. Louis. I was hoping I could stuff it in the back of the car before I left but it didn't arrive and I didn't have space anyway. > What about duty ? I wouldn't mind getting hold of one of these > myself. No duty. > What else interesting does he sell ? He has Aussie blocks and heads for 351C applications and 302 Cleveland cranks (used for 330+ inch 5.0 strokers). He also sells a nice roller timing set that's adjustable in 1 or 2 degree increments (forget which) rather than the usual +/- 4 degree positions ($90) and "Yella Terra" roller rockers (pricey) for the Cleveland. He supposedly does Chevy stuff too. I asked him about intake manifolds, specifically about high rise dual planes. Nothing available from down under. Apparently most of the factory stuff was cast iron and the aftermarket was all U.S. stuff. He did mention that some (most?) of the factory manifolds were set up for Quadrajet spreadbores.
