Hi kids,



Don't know if it showed up on The List yet; I was checking my home e-mail   

a few minutes ago and found a love letter from Sen. Kopp, saying that the   

CA governor signed SB-42 into law today.



In the message, it states that SB-42 exempts all vehicles from 1973 and   

earlier from further smog checks.  Seems to support my contention and not   

Jack's.  Still waiting for a definitive read from Kopp though.



Anyway, congrats!
