Just when I thought you California weenies would shaddup already about SB42.  Only 48 more states to go.  We believe strongly in the right to pollute in TX, if you can get a 20-year-plu-old crate to run.

Yup, I got the email myself just a little while ago.  What I need now is

information from all others on this list in different states on their

particular exemptions.  In other words, CA now has a 25/30 exemption, I

think Brian said there's an exemption in his state, and there may be others

on the list who have specific exemptions in thier state.



Why?  I need as much as possible before I email my friends in the State

Senate and House and petition to do the same thing in Washington.  This

really is great news, and because of CA signing it into law, it might play

a part in getting something starte here.
