I have checked this out myself. My understanding is that the flywheel is balanced with the engine and has a different bolt pattern. You will need to get your flywheel balanced with the motor. The front drive system is different. The new engines are set up for serpentine belt operation. Mounts for the AC and alternator will be different. You will need a new intake manifold. It just seemed that it was a pretty expensive operation for me.
