Subject: 351 HO SVO, any good?

A friend has cracked his Cleveland block and is thinking about installing

the 351 HO SVO instead. The engine seems to have a attractive price, about

$4000 in my old SVO catalog. And this is including Al-heads and 385 HP and

377 ft-lb.

The installation probably takes some time and money. For instance rerouting

the water pipes but the headers I think is available through our vendors.



Any comments?



Is it not a high performance low buck, low tech, engine we've been waiting for?
