Actually my dragging clutch problem became quite clear today, as there was a half quart of brake fluid on my garage floor. After hunting around I traced at least one leak to the fitting between the slave cylinder and the hydraulic line. I now have everything apart again and a new fitting coming tomorrow. Too bad, while I had everything apart I painted the slave cylinder bracket, the arm, and a bunch of other things back there. People weren't kidding when they said brake fluid is any excellent paint remover... I also have a leak somewhere in the front, but am going to tackle them one at a time. What was happening was that I would push in on the clutch, it would disengage, then the fluid would leak out, slowly engaging the clutch. Charlie McCall 1972 Pantera Pre-L #3874
