Subject: POCA It's time to try something new!!!!

POCA elections for officers are coming up real soon.  I would like to

suggest something new.  Joe Moore of Eastern Panteras Chapter is running

for President.  This man is highly qualified and has the credentials to

prove it.  Like Bill Hohnhorst, Joe Moore has been the President of EPA

chapter for many years and participates in shows, races and everything

else that has to do with Panteras on the other side of the U.S.	



We, in California, have dominated the offices of POCA for ever and ever.



Let's give the rest of the U.S. a chance to show us what they can do.



Our current treasurer is from out of state, and has done an outstanding

job and continues!!



My point is,  we are a National, if not an International organization,

and in my opinion it is time for Californians to lend their support to

our East Coast Brethren.  Let us give Joe Moore an opportunity to be our

President.
