If you take your 8" rear Campys & mount on the front, you have in my opinion the best setup going. You can run 245-50x 15" front tires with no spring spacers and have only minor interference with the cowl drain pipes & the extreme lower edge of the front fenders, both curable with a big hammer. The car will steer slightly better due to improved scrub radius geometry. See my car- Ive been running them for 6-7 yrs. The 10" Campys are VERY expensive new but occasionally used sets show up. 305-50x 15" BFG tires fit well (but are only H-rated), and there are others that look nice. Now that your clutch works, you need more rear traction? J DeRyke
