analytical, rational and practical... but its not technical.

Hey Buds, voting is a serious issue.  We should all be mature about

this.  When I was looking at the list of nominations for the board of

directors in the October, 1997 issue of the POCA Newletter, I glanced at

the preceding page (page 6).  Right there in the list of renewing

members for August was an answer for all of us.  Frank Beer.  Anybody

out there in cyberville know Frank Beer?



Hey, if this guy owns a Pantera and has a name like that, he should be

elevated out of the ranks of the downtrodden and made into a DeTomaso

deity or something.



Imagine long ago some of his ancestry were probably saddled with a name

like AntenucciDiFattaCurtT.  Now that's a tough way to go through life. 

In a quest for a new, simpler handle at a family gathering someone may

have said "how bout a Beer"...and low and behold...the family tree took

a whole new direction.



With a name like Beer, at the very least, this guy should be our

hospitality chairman.



Okay, with that said, let's go to the top of the ticket.  Apparently we

have two choices for the slate of candidates.  The first is Hohnhorst

Beer.  This sounds like some expensive European Beer.  Who knows, it

could even have been made in Poling or somewhere over there.



The alternative slate is Moore Beer.  Humm...now that has a nice ring to

it...Moore Beer.



When we all go over to Mad Dog's place for the convention, I know what

my favorite slogan will be...you guessed it....Moore Beer...Moore

Beer...Moore Beer.  Hey, how can anyone vote against that?  



Yep...that's the ticket!
