Alex, have you been reading my mail? the Dec POCA newsletter has an article

by a San Diego club member on that very subject! 

Removal: there are two rubber plugs on the front face of the bumper. Pry them

out & unbolt the two big bolts inside. Then, remove both front wheels, both

front splash guards and run your headlights up. Way up front, you'll see four

small bolts for each side. Remove them & the bumper (25 lbs) will fall off. J
