Unfortunately no.  US Panteras were built until at least summer of

1974.  Mine was built in June of 74.  It is true that *in California*,

some of these 74s were sold/titled as 73s.  I don't know exactly how

Ford managed this, but I'd guess they did not want to fork up the

cost of California certification for so few cars, especially with

the project winding down.
