This sounds like BS. I don't remember anything about that in the ORIGINAL legislation. I can't find the copy I kept (I did keep a copy didn't I?). So all this really means all this fight was almost for nothing? I guess for my own clarification, I need to know what the "drive-by" test is. But how is it, you can exempt a car from emission testing but still have it subject to emissions testing? Is this what you call and Oxy MORON? Asa Jay
