Shoulda turned on your left turn signal while he was hangin' out there. ;-) Yeah - Virginia is for losers. I can't believe the good people of Virginia haven't gotten that bullshit repealed. Anyway, living near the alien planet of Virginia myself, I have a number of buddies that live there. They report that the new detectors, with VG-2 detection do in fact defy detection (especially the BEL 945i). What most VG-2-proof detectors do when they pick up VG-2 is essentially shut down until it goes away. This way, there's nothing for the extortionist ^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^Hcop, to detect. Being a rebel myself, I don't even take down my detector when I cross the VA state line. Haven't gotten busted yet, and haven't gotten a VG-2 alert. I guess that just means they don't have to many of the VG-2 units. Maybe it's time to get a new detector if you're going to venture into places where they're banned?... -Andy 72 Pantera - Rocky 91 Miata - Steve (bionic) 96 A4Q - Rudolf 80 928 - Phantom 97 Miata - Nadia 84 RZ350 - Sting
