Going back in the old memory banks to 30 years ago, I had the same dream. Got my first XKE as a '67 in '71. If I recall correctly, the other part of the story is that the first XKE's had 3.8 engines, then in about '66 or so they went to 4.2. The 3.8 had a 6K redline, the 4.2 had 5500. Significant in the top speed search just before it blows up. Just spent the past 40 hours of spare time installing a supercharger on my LaForza. Absolutely awesome. Got to thinking, has anyone put one on a Pantera. What were the results? George #3790
