Mad Dog, How about 12 acres of waterfront property with a beautiful house (and guest house) on a huge lake (60 miles long with 1300 miles of shoreline) for $225,000? How about electric bills of 7.7 cents a Kilowatt hour? How about approximately $800 property tax for the above? How about a water bill of $18 per YEAR (yeah, it's has to be purified to drink)? How about a 5000 sq. ft. shop to share with my son for our Panteras and other toys? How about getting up when I want, playing with the computer or tooling around in my boat? HOW ABOUT GETTING AWAY FROM CALIFORNIA GUN LAWS, AND OTHER STUPID POLITICAL LAWS? I don't even have to have a building permit to build or remodel, and I can burn trash (non Ford cars). At the 4 Chapter Christmas Party this weekend, someone (I think Jim (Crash) Saxton) asked if we were going to form an Oklahoma Chapter of POCA, and if so, would it be called POKIE?
