Greg & Everyone Who Sent Me Posts About Shane & Curt, First off, the focus of the post was <censorship> not Mad Dog. Let's move on. Don't expect any more irreverent posts from Mad dog until the FLOOD has subsided in Huntington Beach. I called him this morning and Mary Ann said he was outside "sand begging" the house, (just like Vietnam & Saudi)!! hehehehhe I asked her if he could come to the phone. She said, "Frank if this is about the Pantera he's not coming to the phone". I said, "what, he doesn't want to talk?". She said, "no, I want him to sand beg!". I cracked up big time. He's so p-whipped. Don't tell Mary I said that. She's 5'9", I'm 6'3" and she'll still kick my ass! :-) To defuse the bantering between Curt and Shane further, let me share some humor with folks who know MD. When MD and I came back from Saudi after the Gulf I asked him to fly to Abu Dhabi to assist me in a bid we were working on. The other guys in the team "declined" to fly with him because every place that guy goes there's a problem with the plane, civil war, revolution, coup, earth quake, fire, riot, etc. Sure enough when he got to Abu Dhabi, the UAE security folks wouldn't let the flight into the terminal. Everyone had to de-plane the flight and had passports pulled (scary enough thought!) and were detained through the night until our in-country manager found out what was happening and went to the airport. When he got there he found alot of scared, pissed off folks. Mad dog was missing though. Where was he? Drinking tea with the head of security telling amplified war stories about Iraq and Vietnam!!! He didn't want to leave! Now Huntington Beach is flooding! Just a coincidence? I don't think so! :-) Frank Z Chicago P.S. He read's "Sgt. Rock", NOT "Sgt Fury"!
