I am having a strange electrical problem with my car, and it seems to be

caused by the "starter interlock" device shown on the late model electrical

diagram.  The text of the service manual makes no mention of it, and it is

not on the early model diagram.  However my car, an early '72 pre-L model,

seems to have one.  Trouble is, I can't find it.  Does anyone out there in

cyberland know where this device is located, and how much stuff I have to

remove to get at it?  Any & all tips appreciated.
