Subject: Texas Shelby Track Event

	Just spoke with Mr. Jones of SCAT.  He confirmed that they are finishing

up the contract now for the NASCAR Ft.Worth track, Texas Motor Speedway. 

The event is Oct 2,3,4.  They will have the track for two days as well as

the paddock and "over 600 feet of garages".  The final configuration of the

track is not settled.

	They are working on the pure in field "road course", which will be

completed by March or April.  They have a choice to run the TMS as a pure

high speed oval, pure 1.5 mi road course or a 2.9 mi combo of oval plus

road.  Cost is not finalized, but is expected to be in the neighborhood of

$200 to $250.
