I was wondering if there is anybody out here in PanteraLand that has any hard dyno numbers on the increases in torque and horsepower that can be expected when a stroker kit is installed in the 351C engine? I am considering such a kit for my 1971 car with the quench chamber heads. If I go to a 4.030" bore and a 3.700" stroke it will only increase the displacement 26 c.i. or about 7%. Can I only expect a coresponding increase of 7% in horsepower and torque output? It hardly seams worth it yet many people put them in. Am I missing something here?
