However, they are right when they say their product is good and Haltec is not very good. I dont think they should of insulted you though, just told you there may be problems. I have the Tec-II and it is a good unit. Also generally if you own their product, they are quite friendly when you have problems. I have never talked to Fred. I always talk to the owner or his son. Talked to his son once on the phone for about an hour. The company really needs to take a Dale Carnege course real bad. Dave D
